How information is used

Case data is used to score, prepare, validate, store, and improve your own case experience. Review text, evidence contents, names, and email addresses are excluded from product analytics and session diagnostics.

Storage and access

Production evidence is stored privately with account-level access controls and short-lived download links. Service providers process data only for contracted application functions.

Your choices

You may request export or deletion from account settings. Some billing, security, and audit records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
