Supportable-output promise

If the paid engine cannot produce a supportable filing from the confirmed facts and evidence, the appeal-package purchase is automatically eligible for a full refund.

Before generation

You may request cancellation before paid generation begins. Subscription charges follow the cancellation terms shown at checkout.

After delivery

A platform denial is not itself proof that the service failed, because the platform controls the outcome. Technical failures, duplicate charges, and undeliverable paid outputs are reviewed promptly.

Evidence corrections

Filing Prep Pro includes one complete evidence-driven rebuild. Additional corrections may be granted by support when fairness requires it.
